Pickup & Delivery Options

We offer free local pickup and convenient delivery to pre-arranged locations in Johnson County and surrounding areas.

  • Have a question before you order? Call or text 913.488.0563 during business hours.
  • We do not ship live insects. Frass can be shipped anywhere in the US.

Free Local Pickup

~ For local pickup, choose pickup location during checkout ~

1. In Downtown Overland Park

  • Pickup by appointment 7 days a week. We'll meet you at 7990 Conser, across from the InterUrban ArtHouse.
  • Same-day pickup is often available - call in advance to confirm.
  • For next-day pickup, order by 6 pm.

2. At Community events

  • We participate in a variety of local events spring through fall. Check our website & Instagram feed to find us.
  • Order online by 6 pm the day before an event for pick up.
  • Select Local Event pickup at checkout and leave an order note with your mobile phone number and the event for pickup.

Pre-Arranged Delivery

$5 in Johnson County | $8 elsewhere

1. How it works:

  • Choose your delivery point and add it to your cart before checkout.
  • Select Payment on Delivery during checkout, and bring payment with you when you collect your order.
  • Include your mobile phone number in the order notes field at checkout to confirm delivery window.
  • No-shows at the delivery point will be invoiced for the order.

2. Locations & Schedule:

  • Pre-arranged delivery locations are listed below. Maps are here.
  • Deliveries in northeast Johnson County are Monday-Wednesday by appointment. Deliveries to other Kansas communities are on Fridays. Missouri deliveries will start late Summer 2025.
  • Delivery schedule and times vary according to order volume and weather conditions.
